• Payment information: billing and subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• Communications: if you contact us for support, we retain those records to resolve your issue.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. We do not use your productivity data to build advertising profiles.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and improve the platform.
• To send you account-related communications (updates, security alerts, billing).
• To provide customer support.
• To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends that help us build a better product.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with vendors who help us operate the platform, including Stripe for payment processing, and hosting and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes. Stripe handles all payment transactions and has its own privacy and security certifications (PCI-DSS Level 1).

We will disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and company.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

11. SMS Communications

1691 Inc (Ultradia / Ultradian Partners) offers SMS notifications to users who opt in. We collect your mobile phone number only when you affirmatively check the SMS consent box. We use it solely to send appointment reminders, session confirmations, and scheduling notifications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
